Jemma

I have been in the hair industry for over 13 years starting from the bottom as an apprentice and building my knowledge and experience. In 2017 I decided to go on my own and working with my partner built a salon in the garden of our property. This has been a lifelong dream and with a lot of hard work we have seen Distinct Hair Design go from strength to strength, we are very lucky we have such supportive loyal customers that always appreciate the hard work I and my team put in. 

I love working on all types of hair and enjoy the challenge of creating something special for my clients. I and all my staff take great personal pride on everything we create in the salon as it is vital we make every lady feel special.

I am passionate, creative stylist dedicated to helping every client feel confident and beautiful.

I specialize in modern cuts, color transformations, and personalized styling tailored to each individual’s lifestyle and personality.

Whether you’re after a bold new look or a subtle refresh, my goal is always to bring your vision to life with precision and flair.

Did you know my name in pronounced “sir-sea”.

I bring a warm, down-to-earth vibe to every appointment and specialize in creating styles that feel effortless, natural, and uniquely you. From sun-kissed highlights to bouncy waves and everything in between, I’m here to make sure you leave the chair feeling confident and beautiful.

Hey! I kicked off my hairdressing adventure in April 2024, as a sprightly apprentice at Distinct Hair Design!

With my sights set on taming every hue and snipping every style, I’m diving headfirst into the nitty-gritty of technical theory while simultaneously chasing after my NVQ Level 2 qualification—set to wow you all by February 2026!

When I’m not conjuring up fabulous hairstyles, I am out and about living my best life! Whether it’s paddle boarding, creating a splash in the swimming pool, or embarking on spontaneous late-night drives, I’m always on the go.

I can't wait to blend my flair for Hair in my dazzling future career here at DHD!
